Making the box for box making

When presenting a book or brochure to a potential client, it is essential to put your best foot forward to impress. You want your print to reflect your brand’s elegance and sophistication, and so do we.

Cheap and ‘sloppy’ printed collateral will give a poor impression of your product. Box making involves the process of wrapping pieces of printed material into a hard cardboard cover.

The cover acts as a sheath or box in which the material is held. This method can be incredibly effective for presenting high-quality brochures and various collateral.

Book Sleeves and Boxes

Book sleeves or boxes can hold a set of brochures or other printed material. The case holds this material together and protects them, while leaving the spine visible.

Using these sleeves adds a touch of importance to the documents, while allowing you to add your own, highly visible branding.

The briefcase-style box resembles an elegant, branded briefcase, specifically made for your beautifully printed sales brochures.

Settlement and handover boxes

Settlement boxes are being increasingly popular in the real estate industry, adding a personal touch to the close of a property sale.

These boxes can be presented as a functional ‘handover boxes’ or mini gift hampers, to ensure the client feels like they are being looked after.

Book sleeves and boxes

Another common way of displaying your sales material is using sales display binders. When displaying a large number of pages of information, these are invaluable.

Not only will your display book keep the pages protected, but it makes the information much more easily accessible to the potential customer.

To make our binders we usually use a 2500um greyboard. This recycled cardboard, of 2.5mm thickness, is used as a base substrate for your bespoke design. When it comes to how the end result looks, the possibilities are endless.

The baseboard can be wrapped in a variety of different finishes, such as fabric, paper, or even leather. We can also combine some of our other techniques, such as embossing and debossing, or hot foiling to add extra texture and luxury to your document cases.
