Known as a modern suburb with a bohemian reputation, Fitzroy is the setting of the recent residential development “Fitzroy Fitzroy”. A suburb in Melbourne with rich history, the iconic Smith St is the home of the new heritage brick façade that respects the suburb’s industrial past and showcases a range of modern, lofty living spaces.
To present these heritage red brick homes and modern apartments, design agency POP & PAC were engaged to produce a residential property brochure by Chapter Group. The goal was to offer a luxurious printing experience to display the grandeur and authenticity of the Fitzroy development.
Fitzroy Fitzroy is a moment of classic authenticity, inspired by its home. POP & PAC needed to display large type and big, beautiful images in an uninterrupted experience with elements that celebrate everything that Melbourne’s historic suburb has to offer.
Our unique Artis Layflat offered a seamless experience for POP & PAC to complement the beauty of the architecture and design. This collaborative project was printed with our hardcover Artis Layflat, displayed in eight different Colorplan paper stocks.

Long Pocket is a classy collaboration between PHNX Digital and developer Shayher Group. Situated in the lovely Indooroopilly suburb of Brisbane, it uses a beautiful Artis Layflat brochure to display the stunning creative to maximum effect.
